Byron Aviation has an in-house static test cell used for conducting Static Load Tests for qualification and certification purposes on all new parts and components. Byron Aviation has full capabilities for the design, development, testing and manufacture of these items. All the required documentation will be prepared and submitted by the Engineering and Quality Assurance Departments and forwarded to the approving body. We can also supply documentation such as: Static Load Test Plans, Static Load Test Reports, Compliance Overview Reports, Material Fire Properties Test Plans, Interface Loads Reports and Flammability Compliance Reports.
