Not only can we respond to your AOG requirements but also support the most detailed reconfiguration program.

Manufacturing
Working closely with Engineering, our Aircraft Tradespeople will take a design from concept to production. Byron Aviation also carries out its own process development and product improvement in order to improve manufacturing efficiencies and product performance. This in return ensures our customers receive the most cost effective solutions.
We specialise in the use of aircraft grade aluminium, stainless steel, chrome moly, honeycomb and fibrelam paneling, mikarta and plastics.
Byron Aviation is certified by CASA for the manufacture of aircraft parts and components, and also holds several Australian Parts Manufacturing Approvals (APMA) for a number of equipment stowages.

Maintenance
Byron Aviation is certified by CASA for the maintenance of aircraft parts and components and issues an Authorized Release Certificate on completion. All maintenance is carried out in accordance with the customer requirements complying with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
