Quality Assurance
The Byron Aviation Quality and Procedures Manual is a documented and approved (CASA) quality system used by Byron Aviation employees at all levels for continuous compliance with regulatory authorities and customer requirements.
The quality system employed by Byron Aviation Pty. Ltd. has enabled us to meet the requirements to gain approval for the supply of parts to customers such as the Boeing Company, Airbus Industry, Qantas Airways etc.
Byron Aviation Pty. Ltd. has a dedicated Quality Assurance Department with extensive experience in the aircraft industry. The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for the full compliance with all applicable procedures for all items released to service by Byron Aviation. It is through the continued monitoring of all aspects of the Quality and Procedures Manual, by means of internal audits by the Quality Assurance Department and external audits conducted at 6 month intervals by the regulatory authority and customers such as Qantas Airways, that continued compliance with the requirements is ensured.
We hold the following Quality Approvals and Accreditations:
- CASA approved Aviation Maintenance & Manufacture Provider
- NATA approved calibrated test cell for static load testing
- ISO 9001:2008 Accreditation
- Holder of APMA approvals for several aircraft parts
- CASA one off Production Certificate Approval
