1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Byron Aviation Pty Ltd’s ("Byron Aviation," "we," "us," or "our") products, services, and website.

2. Orders and Payment
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2.2 Prices are quoted in AUD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.3 Full payment must be made in accordance with agreed terms. Failure to pay within the specified period may result in interest charges and/or suspension of services.
2.4 Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Delivery times are estimates only and subject to availability. Byron Aviation is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
3.3 Any damage or discrepancies in deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

4. Returns, Cancellations, and Warranty
4.1 Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products and must be authorised by Byron Aviation.
4.2 Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless deemed faulty.
4.3 Any warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and in accordance with our warranty policy.
4.4 Byron Aviation is not liable for any damage caused by improper use, installation, or third-party modifications.

5. Liability and Indemnity
5.1 Byron Aviation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
5.2 Customers agree to indemnify and hold Byron Aviation harmless against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from misuse or unauthorised alterations of our products.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All designs, trademarks, and proprietary information remain the property of Byron Aviation.
6.2 Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.

7. Compliance with Regulations
7.1 Our products comply with applicable Australian aviation safety standards.
7.2 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with local, national, or international regulatory requirements.

8. Confidentiality
8.1 Any confidential information shared during business transactions shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
8.2 Byron Aviation reserves the right to use aggregated, non-identifiable data for business analysis and improvement.

9. Force Majeure
9.1 Byron Aviation is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supplier failures.

10. Amendments
10.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication on our website.
10.2 Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, failing which they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
